Visa Applications

Under Australia’s universal visa system, all visitors to Australia must have a valid visa to travel to and enter Australia (other than New Zealand passport holders who will normally be granted a Special Category visa on arrival, provided they meet health and character requirements; and permanent residents of Norfolk Island who may be granted a Permanent Resident of Norfolk Island visa on arrival). A letter of acceptance and the requirements for presenting at the conference will be sent to the corresponding author of each accepted paper. Delegates will be required to register with the submission of the final version of the reviewed paper.

International Delegates
International delegates are encouraged to apply for their visa well in advance of their intended date of travel to Australia (upon receiving the paper acceptance letter). Information about visa processing times is available on the Department’s .
